Miss Emily G Shortal - Physiotherapist Camberwell

Emily graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Master of Physiotherapy Practice, having been with the team at Total Physiocare since commencing as a new graduate. Emily works across the Camberwell and Reservoir clinics, as well as Warringal Private Hospital. Emily is particularly interested in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has experience working in the Victorian Amateur Football Association, providing pre-match preparation, acute injury management and injury rehabilitation. Another area of interest for Emily is treating women's health conditions, particularly managing pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain and helping women maintain a fit and healthy body pre and post-natally. Emily also has post-graduate training in dry needling and clinical pilates, and likes to use these as treatment tools to encourage pain free movement. She runs both 1:1 sessions and group classes at our Camberwell and Reservoir clinics.
