Gill graduated from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, with a distinction in her Masters of Physiotherapy in 2013. With a background in health and performance Science, Gill has a keen interest in sports, especially sailing having competed at International level from a young age. She has been instructing for 12 years and teaches sailing through the Summer months to adults and children of all levels. Gill is from Dublin, Ireland, so is an expert in braving the harsh Melbourne winters to work closely with our Schools Rugby Union teams. She has worked pitch-side for the past two years with rugby union teams during competition, observing first-hand the mechanism of the injuries sustained, and contributing to their management/treatment in clinic. She has a keen interest in movement biomechanics and has completed the SFMA course (Selective functional movement analysis) as well as dry needling. Gill works with all musculoskeletal injuries.
