Jules will always go above and beyond to help her clients to achieve the results they are after. Having lived in Bendigo her entire life, and been practicing for over 24 years, Jules has had the privilege of working with and helping many valued and loyal clients from all around our region.
She has extensive experience in both the public sector (at Bendigo Health) and in private practice. Jules is passionate about teaching you how to understand your body and how to treat yourself through this awareness with specific exercises and self-help techniques as well as her unique manual therapy skills to make you feel amazing.
Jules has a unique style in her Pilates classes and this comes from an ever-evolving blend of her Physio skills with The Pilates Method as well as functional movement and mindfulness techniques.
