Catherine decided to study Physiotherapy after many years working as a massage therapist for elite sporting teams and athletes. In her years working as a physiotherapist she has developed a keen interest in the use of Pilates and hydrotherapy to treat and prevent a range of injuries after seeing result after result. Outside of work she is also a dance teacher and performer herself so naturally has a keen interest in helping other dancers rehabilitate their injuries with her specialised understanding.
