Laura recently joined our team after completing a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2016. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and is committed to providing a high level of care using evidence-based practice. With a background in kinesiology, Laura has a thorough understanding of how the human body moves and functions. She has a strong interest in exercise rehabilitation and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals.
Laura is currently undertaking training to become a clinical Pilates instructor. Laura plans to use Pilates as an adjunct treatment to help manage and prevent injury, to enhance mobility and athletic performance, and to promote the maintenance of activity and health in her patients. When not treating, Laura enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the outdoors.
