As physiotherapist with a love for biomechanics, movement and rhythm, Ruth Lira is passionate about helping people become the best they can be. Besides working with postural and spinal pain, shoulder dysfunction as well as balance and vertigo, Ruth has a special interest in the performing arts. She enjoys finding solutions with regards to repetitive strain, tendonitis, vocal muscle tension dysphonia in singers and professional voice users, as well as temporomandibular dysfunction(jaws) and headaches. Ruth has a personal love for music, singing and rhythm which fuels her love for working with musicians. Besides biomechanical injuries, she has a holistic approach, considering every individual’s situation, performance requirements
