I studied for a Cert III in fitness which allowed me to study Pilates resulting in me qualifying as a Pilates Instructor in 2008. I qualified as a group instructor teaching Pilates, Aqua, Boxing, Indoor Cycling, Bosu and Bootybarre. Although I was qualified in a number of different disciplines, the more I taught and practiced Pilates, the more my love for Pilates grew and the more I had the need to learn more. I decided to redo my Pilates training with Polestar in 2011 as it is an International recognized company and I wanted to do a course that was recognized by a governing body, to make sure that I was getting the best training available. I have upgraded my qualification and now have a National Studio and Rehabilitation Diploma in Pilates. I have a full

I own Vision Pilates which is a boutique Pilates studio in Salt. I have been teaching in the Northern Rivers and Qld since 2008.
