I am a Sydney trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with special interest in family orientated practice. I believe the family is the most important resource for anyone at any age to overcome hardships; far more so when it comes to mental health. Not only is our personality formed within family but also is our identity deeply rooted in our previous generations and the history and culture they come from.
Over the years I have focused my practice on youth. I mainly see patients 12 to 30 years of age. The main conditions I deal with are eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder. I also see young people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, psychosis, autism, oppositional defiant disorder and other mental health issues.
My private practice is based at Family Talks Clinic where I am the founder and the principal Psychiatrist. I also have admission rights to the Northside Clinic St Leonards.
