Counselling provided for gambling, drug, and alcohol dependency, domestic violence, bullying, anger management, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, phobias, weight loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, pain management and relationship counselling.
The therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and individualized to the individuals’ needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational interview, children’s play therapy, relationship counselling and mediation, and interpersonal psychotherapy.
