My therapy approach is client centred. I offer support and acceptance, whether you are going through anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, a difficult relationship or feel ‘stuck’. My aim is to empower you to overcome your personal obstacles.
I am passionate about assisting you through your healing and growth. I will tailor my approach and interventions to suit your needs.
My Credentials
In 2005 I obtained my Bachelor of Psychology (Hons). To become registered as a Psychologist I had to then complete an intensive 2 ½ year post graduate Psychology internship program. I have worked with a wide range of client presentations across the lifespan.
