Dr Curran specialises in Autism Spectrum Disorder and related Developmental Disorders. She has a passion for working with children, teenagers and adults on the spectrum to maximise their potential, socially and educationally.
Dr Curran works in private practice on the Sunshine Coast, as a consultant for schools, and until recently has taught in the Master of Clinical Psychology program at University of the Sunshine Coast. She is now focussing on her clinical work and research in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Her skills in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder extend beyond that of a text book and clinical practice. Dr Curran has three children on the spectrum who she would account as her key teachers of what it is to be on the spectrum.
