Background
I have a doctorate level of qualification in mental health and have worked in mental health related settings for 10 years. I have specialised in adult mental health by working in GP settings, private practice, and both private and public mental health units.
In private practice I have focussed on the needs of business people and the stresses they face at work and the challenges this creates for their private and family lives. I have worked with CEOs, TV producers, computer programmers, lawyers, doctors, and many other professions and have a solid sense of the issues they face and how best to assist.
