Enable’s Director, Alexina Baldini and her husband and business partner Nerio Baldini set up Enable Workplace Consulting in 2012 as a specialised private practice to offer a combined industrial and psychological perspective, particularly focused on workplace related services. Alexina also specialises in forensic assessments of children, adolescents and their family members in relation to mental health conditions, behavioural considerations and family dynamics. She has operated her own private practices since 1993 and regularly supervises other psychologists working in the forensic and child and adolescent arena. Her practice, Enable Workplace Consulting, contracts clinical psychologists, psychologists and clinical social workers and other professionals with expertise in child welfare, physical and sexual abuse, and family reunification. In addition, they provide comprehensive assessment and counselling services for individuals, groups and families involved in forensic setting.
