Sarah uses a collaborative, client-centred approach to tailor treatment to individual client needs. She uses a variety of interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal therapy and solution-focused therapy. Sarah is a registered psychologist with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
