Amy is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, work-related issues, stress, and grief and loss. Amy utilises a number of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (traditional and trauma-focused), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
Amy obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Edith Cowan University and holds endorsement with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist. She has worked within an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) setting, as well as within the Medicare Better Access and Workers’ Compensation schemes.
