Alicia is an Organisational Psychologist Registrar holding a Masters degree in Psychology (Organisational) from Murdoch University. Alicia has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds as well as within a variety of industry sectors including private and public sector agencies.
Alicia specialises in individual and organisational health including psychological risk assessment for work-related stress injuries. Alicia has performed extensive organisational evaluations for big and small organisations as well as successfully resolved workplace conflict through mediation and mentoring. Her areas of interest are working with adults to improve general health, effective work-life balance as well as personal and professional functioning.
