I’m a qualified and registered Remedial Massage Therapist who has been practicing massage since 2010. I’m a dedicated therapist who is passionate about the health and wellbeing of all my clients. Due to my exposure to work related injuries within a multidisciplinary setting and my experience in personal training, I’m skilled to identify and treat musculoskeletal conditions through a range of techniques and massage modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue / Sports Massage, Swedish and Pregnancy Massage. I can also incorporate essential stretching techniques for those training/sports enthusiasts out there. I have completed my studies at the Nature Care College and honed my skills to be gifted and competent therapist. I enjoy providing massages and seeing the positive effects it brings to my clients.
