Holistic Kinesiologist & Remedial Massage Therapist
Formally trained as a Biomedical Scientist, Melanie graduated from the University of Wollongong with Honours.
She has worked previously in spinal cord injury and prostate cancer research and is a published author in several scientific journals.
In 2004, she realised that her passion to help people lay more towards working in the natural therapies field, rather than conventional medicine and research.
So, she undertook a night course in remedial massage and graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2005. After travelling for a couple of years, Melanie came back to Sydney and founded Sydney Remedial Massage in 2009.
Over the years, Melanie has continued to educate herself in remedial & pregnancy massage techniques so that she is able to tailor a session perfectly for her clients to achieve their desired results.
