I have trained in a number of modalities with the intention of supporting my clients as holistically as possible.
The Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy enables me to work with injury management, pain management and anxiety and depression that may occur from short/long term conditions including reduced function through aging. Relaxation or Remedial Massage is also included here is required.
Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology is a gentle and supportive modality that also helps with emotional traumas and self awareness.
Life Coaching gets you up and running with managing your goals, increasing motivation, instilling accountability and celebrating your achievements.
By utilising these various skill sets your sessions can be tailored specifically for your situation as I do not believe in one size fits all therapy.
