I studied a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Collage of Natural Medicine, graduating in 2005. Now with over 5 years registered clinical experience my focus is to help relieve people’s musculoskeletal pain and tensions through my style of Remedial Massage.
My style of Remedial Massage is aimed at releasing the muscular and fascial connections of the body that cause pain and discomfort. This is done through Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques and Myofascial Release. This type of massage will increase muscle flexibility and joint mobility while decreasing pain by removing adhesions, scar tissue, damaged cells and blockages.
I would also like to educate my clients that our bodies require regular maintenance (e.g. massage) and movement to function correctly. This in conjunction with living a well-balanced lifestyle will allow our selves and bodies to thrive in this stressful world.
