Monika graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Therapy in 2013 and has since also qualified with a Certificate in Myofascial Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is a registered AAMT member and registered health provider. Monika is passionate about helping clients to reduce their physical pain levels and improve mobility and overall wellbeing. An individualised assessment and treatment plan is developed for each client. Monika's modalities include, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Relaxation Massage, Remedial Therapy, Myofascial Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage ("MLD"). She has a keen interest in MLD, a powerful yet gentle treatment, the aim of which is to assist in the reduction of mental and physical stress, reduce pain and fluid retention, improve immunity, and enhance the removal of toxins from the body.
