Our passion is to nourish and nurture a woman through her pre and post natal journey and beyond. Through a supportive holistic approach our aim is to improve a woman's overall well-being by decreasing her pain and discomfort, maintaining and restoring her strength, vitality and mobility whilst encouraging an optimal and positive recovery. Our approach allows our mother’s and mother’s- to-be the ability to focus her energy on one of the most precious times in her life.
We know that no two women are the same just as no two pregnancy experiences are the same so we are dedicated to providing our patient’s with individually tailored myotherapy and massage treatment plans to reflect their presenting concerns.
We use a skilled and holistic approach to assess, treat and manage our patient’s pain and dysfunction, whilst educating and providing them with the necessary lifestyle advice to maintain a healthy way of living.
