My name is Jess and I have been working in the healthcare industry as a Clinical Myotherapist since 2016. Over this journey I have styled my treatments so that they address both mind and body – as I believe this is paramount to achieving individualised and holistic healthcare for optimal wellbeing.
I love all things health related and couldn’t think of any other industry I would rather be in. It’s just so crucial to everything we do. This passion inspired me to create the Affinity clinic, where I could help others achieve their own version of wellbeing (and hopefully develop a love and appreciation of the amazing ecosystem out bodies are!)
