I am a qualified remedial massage therapist trading as What Knot Remedial Massage Therapy. I treat muscular dysfunction by offering trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, sports, relax and pregnancy massage. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of injury prevention through postural awareness and show clients effective stretching techniques to maintain their well- being between massages. I have spent the last 10 years offering my services at East Vic Park Physio as well as running my own clinic at my home studio and mobile visits on request. I played competitive hockey covering the best part of 2 decades and since retiring from the sport other interests include cycling, stand up paddle boarding and my new passion is triathlons and training hard for my next big race.
