Benjamin Cassidy Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist I have been performing remedial massage at Ellenbrook Essential Therapies since graduating from Central TAFE in 2012. The 2 year full time course opened up a lot of opportunities and I am pleased to be working with a wonderful group of health practitioners and fellow remedial massage therapists. Apart from opening my eyes to the industry it has encouraged me to study more which is why I am now a Bachelor of Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science and also a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. What I like about remedial massage is that it starts to encourage the body to help itself and that a client can feel so much better in just a short period of time. My favourite types of remedial massage would be towards the firmer massage techniques like remedial, deep tissue and trigger point therapy as it helps to release tension and improve movement.
