Olga is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who loves using a wide range of techniques to provide relaxation, stress and pain relief. These techniques include relaxing Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, myofascial release and sports massage.
She is particularly interested in massage therapy for prevention and treatment of neck, back, shoulder and knee pain, and specifically postural related aches.
Olga is a keen artist; she enjoys yoga, salsa dancing, aerobic exercises and going on nature walks with her daughter. She is very passionate about vegan/vegetarian and raw lifestyle and sustainability and has an interest in horticulture.
