Miriam is a qualified and registered remedial massage therapist. She provides different treatments for specific needs. This includes everything from relaxation, sport, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial cupping to remedial massage. These focus on a particular area of the body to improve range of motion, release muscle tension, promote blood flow and increase oxygen levels to the tissue. Miriam really enjoys working in an allied health setting as it allows her to continuously learn and challenge herself. She also has a specific interest in Plantar Fasciitis. Miriam loves to incorporate aromatherapy in her treatments, as she believes in the power of nature captured in a bottle. Outside of work, she loves taking classes at the gym, spending time surrounded by nature, kayaking and walking.
