Hannah loves all sports and is always interested to learn about something new. She grew up playing soccer as her main love, but also dabbled in volleyball, cross country running, track and basketball. Stemming from this, what’s become most apparent for Hannah is that she loves movement in general. Moving is important for everyone, and Hannah wants to help each client get back to whatever gets them moving! More recently Hannah has also developed quite an interest in strength training, and how she an challenge herself in a new way. Implementing exercises from the gym and combining it with her movement expertise as a physiotherapist she loves introducing her clients to properly engaging their muscles and understanding the mind-muscle connection – for both performance enhancement, and to protect their bodies form potential injury “Its exciting for me to help someone progress from healing an injury, to the foundations of something more challenging"
